Fatigue

Fatigue, after pain, is the second most common symptom of Fibromyalgia Syndrome, which is one reason Fibromyalgia is often incorrectly believed to be synonymous with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. In reality, the exact relationship between these two disorders has yet to be determined. Sometimes a person can suffer from severe fatigue without even being aware of it. Important signs to watch for include memory loss, inability to focus or concentrate, inattention to important details, or unexplained frustration with acquaintances and family members.

Fibromyalgia Treatments

Fibromyalgia treatments are as varied as the symptoms they address. Because the disease affects the body and mind on many levels, Fibromyalgia treatments must provide a wide spectrum of effects. An effective course of therapy might include such strategies as exercise programs, heat therapy, chiropractic treatment, herbs and nutrition, and other Fibromyalgia treatments.
